State registry of medical devices

All medical devices that have obtained marketing authorization (state registration) in Ukraine are included to the State Registry of Medical Devices. State registry is maintained by Ministry of Health of Ukraine (via State Inspection of quality control of medicinal products). 

Information in State Registry contain data on the number and date of issue of marketing authorization, name of the medical device, safety class, custom commodity code, manufacturer(s) and list of modifications. 

Up-to-date state registry is available at State Inspection's website.

Also old version (till March 2010) is available at website of Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
