Ukraine has chosen the course of gradual harmonization of legislation with the regulatory system of the European Union, which leads to regular amendments to legislation.

- Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”;
- Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 247 of 09.10.2000 “On Approval of the Temporary Procedure for Conducting State Sanitary and Hygienic Expertise”;
For products introduced into circulation from 08/03/2022:
- Law of Ukraine “On technical regulations and conformity assessment”;
- Law of Ukraine “On State Market Supervision and Control of Nonfood Products”;
- Technical regulations for cosmetic products approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 65 of 01.20.2021;
