Medical and technical translations

More than 12 years we are translating registration, clinical, marketing and technical documentation. Our team includes 9 full-time editors whereas initial translation is performed by more than 30 professional translators. Every translator has higher special education, great experience and works in straight accordance with our strict internal rules and glossary. Interaction with Customer, organization of internal work and accounting is performed by account manager that always can be contacted for status of the project and other issues.

We are sure that quality of our translation is much higher than any other specialized agency of medical translations, and cannot be compared with non-specialized translation agencies.

We can do urgent translations and extremely urgent translations, we can localise presentations, pictures and graphics. For translation of registration materials we use regulatory glossary of State Expert Center. We know what parts of documents require translation even if you simply tell us “Translate only necessary parts of the document”.

We develop glossary with administrative names and addresses for each Customer that means exactly the same translations in different documents, translated and proofreader by different employees.

Quality of our translation is achieved by:

• Receipt of the order and further processing of the document is done by account managers. Document will be sent to the translator and editor with relevant education and experience.
• We have only the best translators with greatest professional experience.
• Every translation must be proofread by editor of relevant specialization. Our Customer never receives document right after translator.
• Notary legalization of the signature of our translator is done by one of three partner notary officers. We have excellent administration and legislation vocabulary, we have obligatory proofreading for all addresses and names. In very urgent cases we can notarize translation at weekend or holidays.

We also put our seal over translations and can issue quality compliance certificates for the work that we have done.

We have delivery service that allows us to pick originals in your office, make notary certification within several hours and deliver finished work back to your location within several hours.
