   On August 3, 2024, the Technical Regulation on Cosmetic Products came into force, introducing entirely new requirements and aligning Ukraine’s regulatory framework with EU standards. This regulation significantly impacts the industry, defining what qualifies as a cosmetic product, manufacturing requirements, lists of prohibited substances, safety substantiation, labeling, market authorization, compliance responsibilities, inspections, penalties, adverse event monitoring, and more.
   
   We invite manufacturers, importers, distributors of cosmetic products, as well as research and service companies in the cosmetics industry to participate in this specialized training event on the new regulatory framework for cosmetics.
